GST, Delivery & Pricing

All products are priced in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
The prices displayed within this website do not include delivery or g.s.t. (goods & service tax).   Delivery will be added to the total and displayed within your shopping basket.  The cost of delivery varies according to the destination region (for example: New Zealand, REST OF WORLD).
GST at the prevailing rate (currently 15%) will be added to all orders sent within New Zealand.
All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Pazon Ignitions Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw product(s), amend incorrect value(s) or cancel any sale if the price or total amount is deemed to be incorrect due to errors or omissions either within the site or due to external technical problems beyond our control.
Delivery time (from date of dispatch) will normally be from 1 to 3 business days for New Zealand and from 3 to 14 business days for international destinations.  The exact delivery time will depend on the delivery service selected when you order; these services will vary according to the destination.

Customs~Import Taxes/Duty

For most countries there WILL likely be additional import taxes and/or duty fees. It is your responsibility to find out what these are ahead of time. Each country handles these differently, which is why we do not have a database of what those fees will be. Please find out how this will impact you ahead of time.

Ordering & Payment

Orders for stock items are processed and dispatched within two working days of receipt.
Those customers on our VIP Waiting List will be given priority, and will be advised of the expected delivery date. Please contact us regarding any item shown as 'out of stock'. We will advise you regarding the expected shipment time, and add you to our VIP Waiting List.
pazon.com accepts VISA and MasterCard.  When placing your order, please have the following details ready: cardholder name and full address, credit card number, expiry date and security code (last 3 or 4 digits at the end of the signature strip on the back of the card).  Visa's Verified by Visa™ and MasterCard's SecureCode™ may also require additional information to confirm that the cardholder is genuine.

For security, orders placed by telephone/fax will be processed electronically.

Limited Warranty

Ignition Systems

Pazon Ignitions Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that the Pazon Ignition System be free from defects in workmanship & parts under normal use for a period of 7 years from date of purchase.

Ignition Spares
Spares are defined as item(s) not purchased as part of a complete ignition system. Pazon Ignitions Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that these item(s) be free from defects in workmanship & parts under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. Ignition coils will only be covered by the warranty if it can be proved that the fault is due to a manufacturing fault within the coil.

Limitation of Liability
  1. In no event shall Pazon Ignitions Ltd's liability related to the product exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product. Neither Pazon Ignitions Ltd. nor its suppliers shall in any event be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to the direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or other pecuniary loss.

  2. This warranty will be void if the product or parts have been altered, damaged, abused or installed incorrectly.

  3. This warranty will be void if parts supplied by Pazon Ignitions are used with other makes of ignition.

  4. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  5. To provide the best ignition systems possible, Pazon Ignitions Ltd. reserve the right to alter & improve the specification of the products without prior notice.

Warranty Claims
  1. To make a claim under warranty, the product must be returned to Pazon Ignitions Ltd. or its authorized representative, with a copy of your receipt (or evidence of date & place of purchase), within the warranty period

  2. Include a detailed description of the problem and why you believe there is a fault within the ignition system.

  3. The system must be returned postage paid. Proof of posting is not proof or receipt, therefore we recommend using a recorded mail service.

  4. Upon receipt we will thoroughly test the returned items and repair or replace any items found to be faulty and covered by the warranty.

  5. Please allow seven working days from receipt of the returned parts before contacting us, to allow sufficient time for a thorough test and evaluation.
